Represents Full Activation, with the Executive Team and affected organizational groups reporting to the District's Emergency Operations Center. The Emergency Operations Center remains a 24 hour operation. Agencies, such as the United States Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Environmental Protection, and 298 Secondary Districts may be requested to respond. Normal District operations not supporting the emergency are suspended.

Level 2 Activation

Response activities and information are coordinated through the Emergency Operations Center and Daily Situation Reports are initiated. Communication is maintained with emergency management agencies and officials. Daily briefings are held for the Executive Team.

Level 3 Activation
NORMAL DAY-TO-DAY OPERATION

During a Level 3 Activation, the Director of Emergency Management monitors the developing situations during normal business hours and under normal operating conditions. Communication is maintained with affected District departments, State Division of Emergency Management, other Water Management Districts, and affected County Director's of Emergency Management.
