Technical Oversight Committee (TOC)

Meeting Notice

The Quarterly TOC meeting, scheduled for September 15, 2009, will be cancelled and rescheduled. The Special TOC meeting or TOC Technical Working Group meeting, set for September 14, 2009, is also cancelled. In accordance with the terms of the Consent Decree, Principals of the Settling Parties have agreed to begin discussions to address the recent exceedance of phosphorus limits in the Refuge (November 2008 and June 2009). The quarterly TOC Water Quality report will be posted at the TOC website.  Given the absence of other agenda items, and considering budget constraints, the next TOC meeting will be the December 2009 Quarterly meeting (presently scheduled for December 15, 2009).
