Public participation and input wascoordinated through the District's Water Resources Advisory Commission (WRAC). Several Upper East Coast Water Supply Plan Water Resources Advisory Commission workshops were held between May 2003 through December 2006 in the planning region to present information and receive public input on water resource issues. The workshops are open to the public and participation was strongly encouraged.
