Monitoring Storms

The SFWMD has monitoring equipment throughout its 16 counties, and closely monitors weather conditions throughout the year.

You can check to see how much rain has fallen in your neighborhood, or a neighborhood tens, or hundreds of miles away. See how that rain, or lack of rain, changes water levels in lakes, canals and waterways throughout the region, and/or check to see if coastal gates and other water control structures are open or closed.
