THE MAXIIMUM AVAILABLE PUMPING RATE WAS INADEQUATE TO PRODUCE SIGNIFICANT DRAWDOWN IN THE PRODUCTION ZONE MONITOR WELL, AND THE RECOVERY DATA FROM THE PRODUCTION WELL WAS OSCILLATORY AND NEAR INSTANTANEOUS, PREVENTING MEANINGFUL INTERPRETATION.
